Undercover Festival is not only about having a wonderful time to the greatest hits that have ever been written, but also about superb entertainment provided by the masters of stand-up: Bartosz Zalewski, Piotr Szumowski, Wojciech Pięta, Wojciech Fiedorczuk, Damian Skóra. Introducing artists with sublime sense of humour, creators of incorrect jokes and anecdotes!
A comedian born in Wrocław, founder of Wrocławski Stand-up. He has been entertaining people since 2010. Known to a wider audience for his numerous TV performances. He positions himself among 20 top Polish comedians – as No 1, of course – because, as he says, ‘who would need modesty’.
He calls himself the Comedian Around the World, Half-Man, Half-wit, author, erudite, dancer, non-warrior. During his performances, Piotrek often reaches for topics that might seem trite always looking at them from a fresh perspective. He likes to jump from one topic to another, with every leap guaranteeing lots of laughter.
He has visited all larger Polish cities with his act, his performances could also be watched on the Kuba Wojewódzki show and on Comedy Central. Finalist of the Antrakt Stand-up Festival, 2016. He was featured in Ten Typ Mesa and Krzysztof Skiba’s roasts. He regularly supported Abelard Giza. Now he has his new programme in which he talks about daily life situations presenting them in the distorting mirror of his own observations and experience.
His stand-ups are less ordinary, going against the common, superficial understanding of the comedy phenomenon in Poland. Playing with the form, the language, a constant search – these are the qualities that win both fans and non-fans. Fiedorczuk believes that only with sensitive and responsive audience he can achieve the higher level of the stand-up experience.
A winner of numerous comedian contests and participant of many TV shows. In his new ‘Wspomnisz moje słowa’ act honest claims mix with his abstract sense of humour more than ever before. Damian smartly and brilliantly brings selected elements of reality to the surface and challenges them in a standing position, sometimes also on the ground.
